- quinoa cooked in water (no added fat or sugar) - 287 calories

- 3/4 cup of rice - 201 calories -
- tuna spicy - 80 calories -
^^^ forced to eat

exercise

- walking uphill 1 hour + 20 minutes - 415 calories
- extras - 50 calories -

total 344 calories

- bacon + cheese + tomato sandwich - 255 calories
- diet coke - 0 calories

dinner

- 3/4 cup of rice - 201 calories -
- egg x2 - 164 calories
^^^ forced to eat :(

exercise

walking 24 mins uphill carrying heavy load - 200 calories

total 520 calories
