for people who aren't completely used to fasting or such a low amount of calories, this is a diet that has a bit of a higher amount of calories for you just so you get used to the ana lifestyle :)


of course you can swap the days around so that it suits the type of day you're having such as if you're being forced to eat and it's a friday, swap the amount of calories with saturday and eat 250 on saturday and 400 on friday :)

weekly calories:

monday: 500 calories max
tuesday: 400 calories max
wednesday: 400 calories max
thursday: 350 calories max
friday: 250 calories max
saturday: 400 calories max
sunday: 400 calories max


      ive suited it to the days that im at work and when my mum makes lunch/dinner that i HAVE to eat. so i suited the amount of calories to each day :)

      im currently on school holidays so there is more time to go on walks and exercise. the only down side is that mum is making me food all the time :(((((.

      during school time (february) it will be easier to dispose of food and not eat, the only full meal i'll be forced to eat will be dinner which is an improvement :).
